What we do?

For over a decade, Canada Futures has been dedicated to helping female athletes gain confidence, gain leadership experience, and promote equity in sport. Through our elite coaching, mental development, and mentorship, we’ve guided hundreds of players to reach beyond their goals. Many of our alumni have continued their journey by returning as a Canada Futures coach to give back to the program that they benefited from. The success of Canada Futures has also had our alumni represent our nation on Team Canada’s Junior and Senior Women’s National Teams.

Are you ready to take the next step?

  • We foster leadership skills, provide mentorship and role models from experienced leaders, and promote self esteem and confidence. We do this on the softball field as well as display ways off the softball field.

  • We go over both physical and mental performance with the athletes. From strength, flexibility, nutrition, and hydration to goal setting, confidence, and positive sense of self. The focus is on overall high performance in all aspects of their life.

  • We promote an inclusive and positive environment. We provide athletes a view of what long term performance requires and how they can get there. We assist in filling the gap from their association softball to college and beyond.
