Scott Ashworth is a former minor baseball player in Coquitlam, including senior years with the Coquitlam Reds, and an alternate for the 1998 Little League World Series team. He also excelled in golf, competing at the Junior National level, winning numerous tournaments, and twice earning Junior Club Champion at his home course. As captain, his high school golf team placed second in the Western Canadian Championships.

Now based in Chilliwack, Scott works at Valley Waste and serves as a catching instructor for Beyond The White Lines Softball and the Canada Futures program. He also coaches with local teams, including the Abbotsford Outlaws and Cloverdale Fury Programs, helping to develop young athletes' skills.
