Derek started his coaching journey with his daughter in Learn to Play softball and has progressed over the last 10 years to be an assistant coach with the Fraser Valley Fusion 2007 U17A travel team. In that time he has also spent parts of 8 years coaching in the baseball world with his son, progressing to the 18UAA level as an assistant coach. He has also had the amazing opportunity to coach with the Canada Futures program for 4 years. Accomplishments:
