Meet coach Brit

Brittany Lucas is a highly skilled and passionate softball coach with over 20 years of experience as a pitcher in the sport and 13 years as a dedicated pitching instructor. With a strong background that includes playing A-ball, she possesses a deep understanding of the game and a competitive edge that has shaped her coaching philosophy.

Brittany's coaching expertise is continually refined through her ongoing training with some of the most respected pitching coaches in the industry, ensuring that her methods stay current and effective. As a pitching instructor and instructor at Beyond the White Lines, she is committed to developing not only elite pitchers but also well-rounded athletes who excel both on and off the field. Her personalized coaching approach centered in focusing on an athletes mental approach makes her an invaluable resource for her players, fostering growth, confidence, and success.

In addition to her coaching, Brittany is an active leader within the softball community. She serves as the Vice President of the Strawberry Vale Fastball Association and is an Assistant Coach for the Central Saanich Extreme 09 team. These roles reflect her strong leadership abilities and her dedication to supporting young athletes in every aspect of their development.

At Canada Futures, Brittany plays a pivotal role as Coach & Program Development Coordinator, working closely with the dream team to oversee a wide range of essential tasks to actively promote the Canada Futures mission and cultivates a strong online presence.
